Since 1999, the Ukrainian Humanitarian Institute has started training specialists for the educational-qualification level of the bachelor’s degree in the professional direction “Management of foreign economic activity”.

The Department of Foreign Economic Affairs co-operates with the University of Montmorelos (Mexico), the Andrews University (USA), the Higher Theological and Humanitarian School of the city of Horseshoe Lysna (Poland), where lecturers take internships and take part in scientific and practical conferences.

In total there are 9 teachers in the graduation department. The educational process is provided by 1 Doctor of Economics, 2 candidates of economic sciences and 1 candidate of pedagogical sciences.
The work of managers involves a combination of knowledge and creative approach. Creativity promotes the disclosure of non-standard qualities of the manager himself and his subordinates, which leads to the effective cooperation of all members of the labor collective.
The main indicator of the quality of the manager’s training is the acquisition of skills for a quick reaction to change the environment of the organization. Using in the educational process of business games and situational tasks allows you to model situations that shape such skills to future managers.
