\nBy this I give my consent to the Private Higher Educational Institution \u201cUkrainian Humanitarian Institute\u201d, hereinafter – the High School \u201cUGI\u201d, located at the address: 08292, Ukraine, Kiev region, Bucha. St. Institutskaya, 14, for the processing of my personal data specified in the application and \/ or the questionnaire filled out on the site http:\/\/ugi.edu.ua\/. The processing of my personal data can be carried out by any action or set of actions, such as collecting, registering, storing, storing, adapting, modifying, renewing, using and distributing (distributing, implementing, transmitting), depersonalizing, destroying personal data, including using information (automated) systems and \/ or access to such personal data, as well as the transfer of this personal data to authorized representatives of \u0412 UGI \u2019. Processing can be carried out with the aim of implementing educational programs of the \u0412 UGI \u2019foundation and also receiving advertising messages about the services of \u0440\u0435\u043a\u043b\u0430\u043c UGI\u2019.
\nBy this I confirm that the personal data indicated in the application and \/ or application form completed on this site are correct. By this, I give permission for ChVUZ \u201cUGI\u201d to send me a message to my e-mail address and \/ or mobile phone number indicated by me, including information on the services of ChVUZ \u201cUGI\u201d, on holding ChVUZ \u201cUGI\u201d and its partners with promotional actions, as well as other messages of information character
\nThe consent is given for a period while there is a need and can be withdrawn by me at any time by written notice to the ChVUZ \u201cUGI\u201d, at the address: 08292, Ukraine, Kiev region, Bucha. St. Institutskaya, 14.
