The Research Department of the Ukrainian Humanitarian Institute is a structural unit that is directly subordinate to the Head of the Research Department. The Research Department was created to organize, control and coordinate research activities and implement research results in the educational process and practice.
The main tasks of the Department are:
- planning and improvement of research and innovation activities at the Institute;
- organization and coordination of exploratory and applied research;
- preparation of requests for inclusion of the Institute’s scientific developments in the list of “Priority Research Areas”;
- promoting the achievements of the Institute’s scientists, organizing the implementation of the results of their research and development in the educational process and practical activities;
- accounting for the implementation of the results of research and development work of the Institute’s departments in the educational process;
- planning and coordination of research laboratories;
- organization, coordination and holding of scientific seminars, conferences, symposia on the basis of the Institute, as well as participation of the Institute at the regional, national and international levels;
- organizing and controlling the publication of scientific journals and conference proceedings at the Institute;
- organization and control of accounting for the Institute’s research and development activities;
- organizing the work of the Council of Young Scientists and the Student Scientific Society;
- planning and organizing competitions of student research papers and competitions in academic disciplines and specialties;
- preparation of reports on the Institute’s scientific activities.
