Appeal of the leadership regarding the martial law in the country

Dear friends,

Ukraine is going through very tough times and there is no single family, which has not been affected by it emotionally, physically, and financially. By the grace of God Ukrainian Institute of Arts and Sciences was able to evacuate our students. Most employees and students are safe now. We keep praying for protection of our campus from bombing, shelling, and looting.
The Administration of our institution has adopted a decision to continue the educational process online. However, we are facing a serious problem due to the fact that nowadays students do not have an opportunity to pay for their education. The vast majority of parents lost their jobs, while some of them even lost their property, including houses or apartments, because of bombing and shelling.
Therefore, we are asking all our friends for help and financial support.
As of February 2022 the amount of students in our higher education institution estimated around 1 thousand. The amount of full-time students getting their Bachelor degree estimated around 350. Average tuition cost for each student is 1,000 USD per year. Most students paid for the first semester, but they are unable to pay for the second one.
We are kindly asking you to support financially our institution, our students, and our teachers.
