  • Design, development and re-engineering of complex software products and information systems using modern standards, technologies, agile methodologies, programming languages (C, C++, C#, Java…), methods and mechanisms of teamwork.
  • Development of distributed corporate information systems and Web applications using modern Internet technologies, Web technologies and tools for integrating existing corporate systems with mobile technologies and services.
  • Design, development, implementation, and administration of databases of various structures, both relational and document-oriented (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB), meeting the requirements of reliability, efficiency, load, and scalability.
  • Software testing.

The department conducts research on the topic “Information systems and technologies for managing socio-economic processes in the economy.”

In doing so, the department’s staff formulate the problem and involve students in the research process, and the results are discussed and presented at scientific and practical conferences at home and abroad (including student conferences).
